This statement explains how BeAccessible handles information submitted through the Employer Inclusion Readiness Gateway intake form.

What the form collects

The intake form may collect organisation details, contact details, readiness responses, reasonable accommodation information and your written concern or support request.

Where the form submission goes

Submissions are captured through Netlify Forms for the BeAccessible Employer Readiness site project. BeAccessible can review the submission inside the Netlify dashboard. Automatic email notification depends on Netlify notification settings and may need to be configured separately.

How BeAccessible uses the information

BeAccessible uses the submitted information to understand the employer inclusion-readiness enquiry, respond to the person who submitted the form, and decide what pilot support may be appropriate.

What this form does not do

The form does not create a legal opinion, formal certification or guarantee of compliance. It is an intake and readiness enquiry tool.

Retention and requests

You may ask BeAccessible to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@beaccessible.co.za.
